PAL Jaya Gives Free Septic Tank Emptying Service for Flood Victims

PD. PAL Jaya provides septic tank emptying service for Jakartans who were affected by flood. This service is available from January 3-31, 2020.

When the house is flooded, its septic tank is automatically submerged in flood water

PD. PAL Jaya President Director, Subekti stated, this service is provided as his concern towards the flood victims as well as to prevent post-flood diseases to spread due to poor sanitation.

"When the house is flooded, its septic tank is automatically submerged in flood water. We want to help emptying their septic tanks," he explained, Tuesday (1/7).

600 Gallons of Mineral Water Distributed to Duri Kosambi

PD. PAL Jaya's Desludging Service Unit Head, Hendry Sitohang explained, from January 3-6, 9 residents who live in East Jakarta and West Jakarta have received this free service.

"5 houses are located in East Jakarta while 4 houses in West Jakarta," he added.

According to him, residents should meet several requirements in order to get this service. First, applicants should have Jakarta ID Card (KTP), septic tank with suction hole, house that can be accessed by desludging truck without disturbing the traffic, attached the photo of applicant's house after flood, and the maximum distance between hose and septic tank is 100 meters.

His side also informed that Jakartans who are interested to get this service can call PD. PAL Jaya Hotline at 021-83702136 or via Whatsapp to phone number 08129077702030.

"Besides, they can direct message (DM) us via instagram @pdpaljaya," he closed.
